About Southsea Green
Southsea Green is a community-led garden nestled beside Canoe Lake in Portsmouth. As a welcoming green space open to all, it supports gardening, creativity, learning, and wellbeing. This cherished pocket of nature thrives thanks to the dedication of its members and local supporters. Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an opportunity for members to come together, reflect on the year’s progress, elect key organisers, and contribute to the future direction of our shared garden.
Invitation to Submit Questions
As part of the agenda, members are invited to submit written questions. This ensures that all voices are heard in a structured and timely way.

Committee members attend a monthly meeting, support decision-making on planting, events, and funding, and help steward the garden’s ethos of inclusivity, sustainability, and learning.
